We are a small team, but we are supported by a phenomenal team of bookkeepers, accountants, tax consultants, corporate transaction specialists, business developers, and other experts – all intent on ensuring that you get the best service with the best results.

We are also passionate about business being a force for good in the world! As such, we are a B1G1 “Business for Good” (you can read all about it, here) AND we also opened up our own non-profit organisation, Pharsyde Foundations so that we could be directly involved in building a happy South African future. We have completely embraced the future and taken our business online. There are so many benefits for going digital – so many that we actually have a whole booklet about it! But the three biggest benefits of our digital ecosystem are:

So, what do this mean for you?

We don’t really do offices. Our entire team may work from home, or anywhere they wish. We have an office in Johannesburg that team members can use if they wish, and we have some really fun functions there, but all our other locations are virtual-only. This makes our team happy and it reduces unnecessary electricity and water usage!

We do virtual meetings. This doesn’t mean you can’t have contact with a human being – we have warm and caring team members who are here because they are passionate about problem-solving and they WANT to help you. But there are fewer carbon emissions involved when we meet online instead of driving to a meeting – plus, you get to save on travel time and use those hours far more efficiently generating income for your business!

We use cloud-based software. This enables our employees to work from anywhere, but it also improves our efficiency and gives you the ability to have instant access to your information. It also opens up your business to the marvelous world of online apps. Think of the biggest problem your business is facing right now…. There is almost certainly an app for that!

We don’t do paperwork. Shock and awe. An accounting firm that doesn’t do paper! Nope. We use Dext Prepare and other wonderful online document solutions. We can receive, send, store and backup your documents without wasting a sheet of paper – and it’s safe and secure too!
