Tamryn calls herself an “accidental” accountant because accounting featured absolutely nowhere in her life plan when she was young. It was not even in the small print. And yet, here she is today as the CEO of Pharsyde Accounting.

Tamryn learned very, very fast that there is far more to business than having a client and being good at a particular skillset! Her trials by fire led her to modify her accounting firm into a business-support structure instead, but she still battled to achieve the levels of success that she had hoped for.

Tamryn went through three rounds of burnout before learning the extremely important lesson that working hard isn’t going to result in success, if she was working the wrong way.

So Tamryn stepped back. She regained herself and her purpose. She changed the way she did business and finally managed to create a business that could run without her.

Tamryn finally created the freedom she had been longing for.

And then she realized that this was knowledge that should be shared, and Pharsyde Accounting evolved into Pharsyde Solutions and now Tamryn’s life purpose to help as many business owners as she can to build the business of their dreams, without breaking themselves in the process.

In addition to 20 years of experience in her field, and 15 years of experience in running and building a business, Tamryn holds a passion for her fellow business owners and preventing them from going through the burnout that she went through.

As the Head of Business Development, it is her job to keep coming up with ways to move you – and your business – forward!
